


What is HYROX?
HYROX is a unique fitness race that combines endurance and functional training. Participants complete 1km of running, followed by a functional workout station, repeating this sequence eight times. It is designed for both professional athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to elevate their training.
While the end goal is to compete in the race, this is also for those wanting to try something they’ve never done before and want to up their fitness levels.

What’s Included in All Our Programs?

HYROX Workouts:

3 HYROX-specific training sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Each session lasts 45-50 minutes

Schedule: 6 AM, 7 AM, 9AM, 5PM or 6 PM

HYROX Simulation Workouts:

1 full HYROX simulation workout per week (Saturday at 10 AM)

3 InBody assessments (start, mid-program, and end)

3 HYROX Physical Fitness Tests (start, mid-program, and two weeks before race day)
