Our workouts are designed to deliver the best weight loss results in only 30 minutes per day.
All our programs at HIIT Fitness are personalised to meet every person’s specific needs. Our TEAM training programme, offers a group setting of 15-20 like-minded individuals.
All members in each Team training session will be following a result driven workout and work together in a high charged and results driven atmosphere.
We have different fitness levels in the session to make sure every individual is challenged but not discouraged. Team training workouts are 30min in duration for 3-5 times per week.
