"I had been going to the gym for many years. I was finding it difficult to push myself and needed a change. A friend who had been going to HIIT for a while recommended it.

I feel younger than I have in a while. I have gained fitness, strength, and agility.


I have lost a lot of visceral fat (fat around the organs) and gained muscle. My energy levels are better, and I have a more positive outlook on life.



The classes are only half an hour and are a lot of fun. Every class is different. You really feel part of a fitness family. All the coaches know you by name.


The coaches are full of energy and encourage and inspire you in the classes. Every shape, size and fitness level are in each class. I look forward to each and every class.


I highly recommend HIIT. It is a fun way to get into shape. One feels part of a community. It is a holistic means of being healthy and it is good for the mind, body and spirit."

“I saw an advert on Facebook for a 6-week challenge and it somehow just drew me. I had been searching for the right place to train as I was new in the neighbourhood and just couldn’t find my “fit”. I was with one of the local gyms, but it just didn’t do it for me – so impersonal. I saw you guys and decided to give it a go. I loved the fact that there was a challenge, it gave me something to work towards and achieve.


My physical results have been amazing. I am so proud of myself, however that said I would never have had the same result without the amazing HIIT Fitness energy and coaches! You guys are simply the best and your energy rubs off on everyone. I finally found my “fit”. I have made some very special friends and love being part of this Fit Family.



The coaches know everybody’s names!! That was the first thing that impressed me immensely, especially My name..they all just knew it! It is such a personal experience and your growth is noted and hard work is recognised, and you are motivated and inspired all the time. I love coming to class and it is quick and effective.


We all have so much fun in class and the results are an added bonus. The biggest difference is that the coaches actually love what they do and don’t just do it because it pays the bills. You know that they really mean it when they ask how you are and have time to greet everyone in the class with a hug. Fabulous Team!


Well, let’s just say all I ever end up speaking about and promoting is HIIT Fitness especially when there are new people in my company. So yes, I definitely do! Why? Well because everyone deserves to know that there is this amazing place and that they too can live a healthy life, make amazing friends and end up with the body that they’ve probably always wanted. Even if they are not ready to join yet, I have definitely planted the seed.”

“I had seen the adverts about the 6-week challenge popping up on Facebook, but it wasn’t until I saw the results of a close friend that I decided to make the commitment. I knew I was at a stage where I needed to make a change and seeing the proven results and hearing what a great program it was, was the motivation I needed to get started!


The first two weeks were tough, and honestly, it was a mental challenge as opposed to the physical one. But from week three, I could already start to see and feel the changes in my body. My skin was clearer, clothes were looser, and I was sleeping better. By the end of the challenge I was able to wear clothes that I hadn’t been able to fit into before and had anew found confidence in myself and what I can achieve. Stats-wise, during the 6-week challenge, I lost 9.7kg of fat weight, gained 5.6kg of muscle which resulted in a scale loss of 4.7kg. I also went down 7.7% body fat!



The HIIT program aims to develop good habits, both with regards to eating and exercise. The fact that you have to log every meal and join a session everyday helps to build this habit and by the end of the challenge, it all feels second nature. The 30-minute sessions make it very accessible for busy, working moms like me who don’t have time to spend 2 hours at the gym. But the biggest difference are the Coaches. From day 1, they all know your name and encourage you to push yourself to do better every session!


I would definitely recommend HIIT Fitness. The “Fitness Family” they create is so inspiring and you leave every session feeling upbeat (and exhausted, in a good way). The Coaches are knowledgeable and help you in reaching your goals, be it through meal plan changes, extra workouts or just support when you are struggling with motivation."
